Return Policy
RETURN POLICY
To return or exchange an item, please follow the following steps:
1. Please contact us at 1-866-437-2504, Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm EST or email us at RA@EliteWeddingBands.com.
2. Your RA# (Return Authorization #) and return instructions will be emailed to you.
3. Secure your item including all original packaging materials including:
-Diamond certificate (if applicable)
-Any other documentation included in the original packaging
-Original order# and RA#
Be sure to insure the package for the original amount. We strongly suggest not to use the words jewelry, diamonds, wedding ring, gold or any other word which suggests a jewelry item. Elite Wedding Bands is not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping.
CONDITIONS OF OUR 30 DAY RETURN POLICY
- All diamond or jewelry merchandise being returned must be unaltered and in the original packaging. Merchandise must be accompanied with all documentation originally sent including all original diamond certificates, appraisals, gift boxes, return form and the original invoice. Returned merchandise which has been damaged, altered (by a jeweler) or which is not returned in the manner set forth will not be accepted.
- All returning merchandise must be shipped and insured for the full purchase price. Elite Wedding Bands will not be held liable for any packages not sent in this manner, nor shall we accept liability for lost or damaged parcels.
- If the merchandise you purchase included a special offering, the incentive item must also be returned in its original packaging along with all certificates or documentation provided. Should you wish to keep the special offer, than you may elect to have the cost subtracted from your refund.
- Custom orders, special orders and engraved items are non-refundable.
- Elite Wedding Bands must be notified of the return within 30 days of the receipt of the merchandise. Receipt of these items must be received within 20 days of the return request.
TIME FRAME FOR RETURNS
- All returned items must be inspected by one of our jewelry experts to verify the condition of the item.
- Please allow 4-6 business days upon receipt to process return.
